Common questions

The camera called 2 hour parking a dollar rate

That is a time limit, not a price. Confirm the review screen before you save. A price is shown only when the sign has a dollar amount, or when a San Francisco or San José meter feed covers that spot at that time.

Several signs on one pole

Use Scan this curb and photograph each sign. Mark which way the arrow points. The strictest rule that is in effect is the one that counts.

Reminders did not fire

Turn on Move warnings on the home screen, and allow notifications for As Posted in iPhone Settings. Calendar reminders only exist for rules you saved to a calendar.

The lock screen does not show Move by

Open As Posted after you save a sign. Then add the As Posted widget from the lock screen Customize button. The Live Activity appears when a posted move is still ahead.

Delete my data

As Posted keeps no account and no server copy of your signs. Delete a curb or rule in the app, or delete the app. Calendar events stay in Calendar until you delete them there.
